| The $75 yearly fee includes you in two issues of the printed Players Directory and one year in the on-line Directory.

| Over 200 members of the Casting Society of America and the Commercial Casting Directors Association request complimentary copies of the Directory. In addition hundreds of industry professionals have long standing orders to purchase the Directories.

| Do actors get a free set of books for listing in the Directory? |

| Answer: |
| Actors do not receive a free set of books for listing in the Directory. Although the Directory is meant for casting purposes only, actors can purchase the Directory for $75 per copy.

| It is best to consult your representatives on choosing the category for which you are best suited. You should also consider the types of roles you are sent out for when choosing a category.

| Who can access the Players Directory On-line? |

| The players Directory is password protected and can only be accessed by legitimate industry professionals. Anyone who receives a password must sign a release stating that their use of the Directory is for casting purposes only.

| If I upload my photo, when will it be on-line? |
 |
| Answer: |
| All uploaded photos must go through an approval process by a member of the Players Directory staff. Depending on the time of day the photo is submitted, it may appear on-line the same day or in most cases, the next business day.

| If I send my photo to be scanned, when will it appear on-line? |
 |
| Answer: |
| We will make our best efforts to scan your photo as soon as possible. Depending on the number of photos we receive at the same time, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for a photo to appear on-line. It is best to upload your photo for the quickest turnaround time.

| Do you accept color photos? |

| We now accept color photos and they will appear on-line in color. If you submit a color photo for your book photo, it will appear on-line in color, but it will be converted to black and white for use in the printed Players Directory.

| How many photos can I use? |

| Answer: |
| You can use up to three photos on-line per category you are listed. The first photo that appears on-line is also used in the printed Directory. You can only use one photo in the printed Players Directory.

| How much does it cost to use additional photos? |

| The first photo (#1) is included in the $75 yearly fee. Additional photos (#2, #3) can be uploaded on-line at no cost. If you send in photos #2 or #3 to be scanned by the Players Directory, there is a fee of $10 per photo.

| When will my resume appear on-line? |

| If you enter your own resume on-line, it will be available immediately. As a service to our clients, we do enter resumes that are submitted to us. Because of all the other higher priorities, resume entry takes lowest priority with our staff. It can take a few months before your resume appears on-line, if you wait for us to enter the information. We strongly encourage that you enter your own resume. Computers are available at our office to enter your own resume.

| What are the requirements for an actor to list in the Players Directory? |

| All actors must be a paid member of a professional actors union to be listed in the Players Directory. Acceptable unions in the U.S. are SAG, AFTRA and AEA. Members of a professional actor's union in a foreign country are also acceptable.

| What are the requirements for a talent representative to list their company name in the Players Directory? |

| Answer: |
| Agencies must be licensed by the state to list their company name in the Players Directory. Personal Managers must submit three letters of recommendation from 3 different state licensed talent agencies or be a member of a Managers association.
